Having holiday now,

This morning,just came back from my home sweet home.

had fun there, of course as usual eat non stop.^^

Last month,just laser for my both eyes.

Now,This semester is my last semester for my diploma.

So,busy with my final year project now.

not really hot.....
nothing special for today,same as usual.
Horng chun and chun hao were asking for movie with them,
but i refused.
Due to a lot of things are waiting for me to complete.

SHANGHAI, Sept. 20 (Xinhua) -- Chinese hurdler Liu Xiang, former Olympic and world champion, returned to competition in style by finishing second at the Shanghai Golden Grand Prix here on Sunday.
Liu's much-anticipated return after 13 months out injured was cheered by a boisterous crowd of 25,000 at the Shanghai Stadium. He fought back from behind to cross the finish line shoulder by shoulder with arch rival Terrence Trammell of American, silver medalist in the Berlin world championships.
The photo finish showed that Trammell, silver medalist at two Olympic Games and three world championships, was the winner in a similar time of 13.15 seconds.
"I want to thank my rivals, thank my coach and thank everybody for your support," said Liu soon after the race.
"I had not expected to run so fast," said Liu, who clocked 13.70 seconds in a training session last week. "It's just beyond my imagination."
"This competition has boosted my confidence and I am sure to improve on this performance. It showed that I am still able to come out on the track and find my former self," the 26-year-old said.
Liu trailed Trammell by at least three meters after 50 meters but he managed to catch up in the final meters in front of the fans of Shanghai where he was born and brought up.
"The atmosphere was superb. I will train harder after this competition," said a beaming Liu, who was a national hero before the Beijing Olympic Games but was criticized by netizens for his shock withdrawal at the Bird's Nest.
Liu just returned to training in July after a surgery on his right Achilles tendon in the United States last December. His performance in Shanghai gave the fans hope that he has been back on winning track.
He said that his foot injury will not cause trouble.
"I don't think there will be problems for my foot," he said. "I will try to avoid injuries in future races, big or small. Now the past is past. Today I think the fans felt happy for me and also a little disappointment (for not winning the race). I am sure that I will do better in the days to come."
Organizers had asked the fans do not expect too much from Liu, who previously held the world record of 12.88 seconds but the time was certainly a surprise happiness for them and his coach Sun Haiping.
Sun said before the race that events such as the Shanghai Golden Grand Prix will just help Liu improve as he prepares for the Asian Athletics Championships in November and the East Asian Games in December.
"The time was really good," Sun said. "It's of course beyond my expectations. I told him before the race that 13.50 is good enough because it might be a little risky for his foot to run faster. I think there were three reasons. Firstly, the fans were really fantastic and secondly, the wind was assisting him. Thirdly, Trammell was really a good rival. "
Sun said that Liu's foot injury will not be a problem any longer. "He could have never run inside 13.20 if he had not recovered well enough. But I still hope he should improve gradually."
Liu's next race will be at China's 11th National Games to be held in Ji'nan, east China's Shandong Province in October.

Just started my new semester 3 weeks ago~~

this semester is short sem,it is a busy semester.

since i'm taking over 14th INTIMA Squash club chairperson post.

Really unbelievable that!!!

I need to make all decision for everything of the club.

sometimes,it make me really stress because i scared i made a wrong decision~~

between i also lack of self-confidence~~

No matter how,i also will try my best to lead my committees manage this club properly

and more active.

Let''s do it Inti squasher!!!

Besides,i also busy planning for Squashermania 2010(INTI open)!!!

Because i believe we can do it better than previous.

as usual i m taking two subjects for this semester

which are

EEE2103 ELECTRICAL MACHINES

EEE2104 ELECTROMAGNETIC FIELD THEORY.

Those are not easy subjects for me~~

In order to get a good grade in final,

I will study harder and hardest.....

Do it BEtter and Better.

Between,both of my lecturers also quite nice~~~

for this sem i hope no more last minute study again~~~

Well,i'm back!!!
It's the time to let me my update my blog here!!!
Last two weeks,just came back from 2 weeks holidays!!!
Nothing special about my holidays,
Just eat, sleep and Watching!!!

How was my last sem results?
Hmmm.......i think not very good!!!
Because of my laziness,

which is the most boring subject!!!

Finally,I have extract some time and have a good blogging mood to update my blog.Since the new semester started,I never had a proper rest time.Just because got a lot of stuff is waiting for me go to settle them down!!!!In this semester,I really feel that the time pass very fast and lack of the time.I really dont know what's going on?Even i had sacrified my sleep time,the time still not enough for me!!!This causes me sometime asleep in the class.Hehe....

In order to let my time more flexible,i tried to arrange my time properly.I rush and rush,same as a bull ,but it really mess me up!!oh gosh!!It's very tiring !!Sometimes,I really feel that, I am a SUPERMAN!!!For instance,last two weeks was INTI open(SQUASHERMANIA) which was organized by INTI squash club.I was a vice president and program master for this event.In the same week,I got three reports,two assignments,and two tests need to prepare and submit.On the Other hand,i still need to arrange the time for for the event.In the same time,my sleeping time not even more than 5 hours,instead second day still need to busy and busy.That not only made my metally tired,but was metally and physically tired!!!

Sometimes,i doubt that it's all because of my laziness and my slackness.But i think that even people who always hardworking also got the time that he or she feel lazy right?By the way,it's not an excuse to let me slow down everything.Because the time wont stop for ur laziness and slackness.....

Now,it is on the way to the beginning of March.For March,it will be my busy month,because i will taje part for some events.That why i need to keep training harder and harder.For the mean time,of course i wont forget for my studies,I really need to push up myself until the end.Put more efford on my studies.I need to prepare for my coming test 2 and my final exam.It really need to take a lot of time,Why 1 day only got 24 hours??Oh GOD!!!Please make it more than 24 hours!!!Please....

Anyway,I will live up my LIFE,try my best to do everything.Fully utilize my time.Become more flexible and hardworking. I believe Nothing impossible in this world.....

Well,I still happy and enjoying with my busy life.Eventhough,I always complain and annoyed about it.It's impossible to let our life empty without doing anything right?Without any challenging and lessons we wont grow up anymore.So,We must make our life fullest and meaningfully,this just name LIFE.

About this event?

Have you ever heard "SQuashathon",i believe that you will ask "what is that?".Actually ,squashathon is squash marathon.The first squash marathon was carried out in Malaysia was on 15 july 2005 ,it was also in INTI uc.And the duration was 42 hours.For sure, this event only can get in INTI which organize by Inti squash club.Squashathon is endorse by Malaysia book of record,that why it plays an important role in this event .SRANS(Squash racket association Negeri Sembilan) also support us and sent their player to join us. In order to break the previous record,so, this year we had organized "Charity 68 hours SQUASHATHON 2008".The objectives for this year was quite diffent with the previous squashaton.In this year,we not only want to break the previous record,but we also co-operate with NKF(National kidney Foundation).We will collected all the money from all participants and the person who would like to do charity.I believe that you will not regret after join squashathon.While play squash while help person.Besides those objectives,to promote squash also one of the the objective.We also can get chance to gather all the social player,state player and National player to play squash together.To make this squashaton became more interesting ,so we decided made it as tournament.Following is the rules of the match:
American scoring system, 30 mins without rest, try to win more games and points as many as you able.The highest point in this squashathon will be the winner. top 10 players will reward souvenirs.

Squashaton 08 was sponsored by:DUNLOP(main sponsor),Nilai sports and etc.....During squashaton we also had movie screening and gaming to let our player to enjoy it,when they waiting for their turn.

Satisfied or not satisfied to this event?

If you all ask me whether satified to this event or not?I will say i am satisfied it.Because the event was success carried out with 90 players only,besides it was the first time for our new committee without any experince to do it.Congratulation Guys!!!We made it!!!Although,in the first day of the event,was mess up and confusing,at following days we gradually hadled it and familiar with it.Of course,we got encountered a little bit problem,but we success to cope it.and take it as experince, next time do it better than this.

What did i do for this event?

First of all, i would like to thank for our OC Darren tan, gave me a chance as a Programming Master who to arrange the schedule and the flow of the event for the squashathon.This post is quite challenge and interesting.I like this post very much.At begining really scared couldn't handle it,luckily got helped by everyone.I also feel guilty that some of staff was done by oc.Anyway thank ya..hehe!!!At the same time, i also one of the participant.I enjoyed the game very much......

That days,i felt happy because i can meet all my friends and new friends who come from others Uni.Nice to meet u all.....

yeah .....Now i am in my vacation now...
Normally, i will go back my to hometown after exam,
but this sem i have the squash event to incharge...
Squashaton 68 hours which is charity event!!
because of almost all thing is done,so we jz wait for the....
Between this few it is very BORED......

I got hurt by my opponent racket,omg....
OMG....my whole face felt numb,

my glasses not look like glasses anymore....
I saw many star ...luckily not faint down...
Although,i was injured, i still continue my game.
But at last also cant beat him.
now,my noise still get bruise

Due to Raya this week is a holiday,
Normally,when i have holiday more than 3 days i will going back to my home town where call Kelantan.....
But now i still staying in hostel room,writing this blog....
y i didnt go back?because dont have ticket to go back...

but When i think back,it also a good way......

I not miss my Parents and home anymore?
OF COURSE NO!!
Honestly,i very very miss them....

The reasons i said it's a good way because...
First,it is about my study.....

i can use this holiday time to train back ......

Today is a weekend....
this weekend quite boring,
because i jz stay in hostel,
not really study,

Inti Carnival

Last Saturday(14 june 2008), it was INTI CARNIVAL.I had FUN at there.......that day i woke up at 530a.m,because i was taking part for the charity run which is for Blue Ribbon.At the same time ,there was many participants.....In order to challenge myself,I had registered for 10km run....

Around 6 oclock in the morning

Although far,I enjoyed the run with Darren and others friend.We was very happy because we can complete the whole run,and we get the certificate!!!yeah.....We really can DO it..

After we finished ,our run we went to campus.When we arrived there,there was crowded.Besides,i saw many activities was carrying on.Meantimes,i aslo saw many students who were come from branch colleges which are ICSJ,PJCAD,GIIC and Metropolitan.Our campus students would have competition among the others colleges...
The activities was carrying on in that day were Stick fly wall,Elastarun horizontal bungee,sumo wrestling,Gladiator,Abseiling,Water ball and etc.....

Last wednesdaywas my birthday...
And I havent really thanks to everyone who wishing me..
so, the purpose i write this blog is to thanks everyone...
First of all, i would like to thanks my MOTHER,

This week is my final exam,
it is the time to let me feel guilty again...
Why i said so?what meaning with "AGAIN".
Because i think i will not get a good result for the exam.
so,i really feel guilty.
I m feel really SORRY to my parents,
because i didnt hardworking to study ,
play for whole sem......
I know that it is useless to feel guilty and sorry in this time,
the time was already passed...
cant chase it back anymore,,,,,,
Why i can't really to study,
since Alevel i said i want to hardworking
but i always got lame excuse to bring it over..
and forget the promise...
DUring exam i just feel sorry n guilty

In the morning, I woke up around 8.30am,actually felt very tired and wanna sleep late a bit.But this few week feeling seem like very strange.Even myself also dont know how to describe this type of feeling.Sigh...This feeling sometimes makes me scare,nervous and make me no mood to study!!!Really dont know what happen to me......Maybe final exam is coming soon,this week just do revision,cause this feeling come out.....................

huhu.....have already been long time did't update my blog.Because got a lot of assignments, lab reports and tests have came in the same time.So,jz extract some time to update my blog.

Yesterday, it was the fifteenth day of the CHINESE new year,it also the last day for the chinese new year.Wa......the time really passes very fast le!!BUt yesterday i had done something which i will never forget forever.That was i went to donate the blood. Initially,i had slightest hesitation,because i didnt do it before besides.So,i just phone to my mother to take permission or opinion to my mother.Althought i'm already 20 years old,i still need to take permission from my my parent because i was delivered by my parent and i also respect to them.After, I have a call with my parent,the answer i got is"up to you".Then,i jz with my friend go to register.When ,i step in the room which use for donate blood i saw many people laid on the bed.First,i went to check my blood,finally i know my blood group.Second,i went to check my blood presssure. Lastly, it is the main part, that is donate the blood.When i saw the needles i feel very scared and worried when the nurse put needlees for me. I didnt feel anything,that time i jz relieve.i saw my red colour bloood was flowing out from my body.Very fast,i have already collect one pack of the blood.After,put off the the needles we must laid on bed for a while.At that day, I really felt this is the most meaningful thing for me in my whole life.

yesterday,same as usual after finish class,we go to play squash!!!Because of me and ray didnt eat our lunch,n we felt very hungry,so we didnt wait for Darren.Because he need practised Akido with his friend!!After we finished our dinner ,we go to meet DarRen again,and watch they practised!!!After that,DArren suggested go to cc ,because he wanted chat wif his gf!!!swt!!!!BUt i didnt foloow they all because i wanted went back to wash my clothes!!Around 1 am,Darren asked me went to supper,he said Becky is hungry.So 130am ,come to fetch us!!we went to eat ''wan tan mee''in NIlai!!The owner start their business at midnight .Finished our supper,Darren fetch us to Hostel!but we felt still the night still young nnothing to do!!so we jz go around hostel,see got any couple doing ''bad thing ''or not!!!haha...we didnt get any result,but we didnt give up,we go to MPH continue searching but we still didnt have any thing!!IT was 3 oclock ,we jz find place to sit down n chatting!!!that time i was sleepy ,because i have already 3days slept in the morning....Meantime,Darren also felt sleepy but he didnt admit it,and used me as a reason and want us go back sleep!!BUt we didnt do thta,suddenly we talked about what is the effect when Mentos add into coke!!!345am,we went to bought 1 bottle of coke n 1 mentos,we drove in and out the campus several time,i think the guard was very angry with us!!!haha.....after that, Darren bought us went to the apartment's basketball court to do the experiment!!!at first,we open the coke of course we drunk the coke first before we do the experiment .....\we start our experiment,the coke split out and got alot of bubbles!!n all the court was a coke on the floor!!At last it was 430,we just go back to sleep!!although crazy ,we feel happpy!!

新生活！！！

就这样07 年就过去了,又是新的一年开始了！！2008开始了，我也开始了我的新生活了！放了半年的长假，现在我总算在INTI- UC上课了。。。。。。为了方便所以就住在宿舍，这次与之前不同，因为这次我选择单人房，所以是没有室友的！！！也许这会比较自由吧！！要在房里做任何事情都可以，不会打扰到别人，也不必顾虑室友的感受！！宿舍的环境很好，真实读书的好地方！！！晚上，睡觉的时候不用开风扇，因为真的很冷！！嘻嘻。。。。。当开始上课的时候，我也认识新朋友！！除此之外，我也遇上了就读在INTI的朋友，他们包括读Alevel的朋友和打壁球的朋友！！昨天，还在宿舍，遇到以前在sportsman打球的Vincent!!如果他没有向我打招呼，我真的认不出他了!!因为很久没见到他了！！！至于Ray和Darren，这几天都和他们打球，昨天还和佩雯打球。。。。。
说真的，有时当我回想起在假期过的日子，真的很舍不得啊！！！因为真的很开心也！！！丹玲，秀樱真想念你们。。。。。。。
新年新希望，我要努力读书，不要再辜负家人了！！！我希望学业猛进！！认真，全力以赴去作每一件事，不要轻易放弃！！！努力吧。。。。。

“岁月不居，时节如流”转眼间半年就这样的过去了！！！幸好，这半年的英文渐渐地进步了不少，总算没有白费。下个月要开学了，这问题也让我纠缠了我半年，真是令人烦啊！因为自己没有固定的目标，不知道要读那个课程！！！Argh....
起初，是选了Business，但心里却总是放不下，跟着我多年的理科。所以第二选择选了Pharmacy,但对自己没信心。好了，这些都算了吧！！现在，决定申请电子工程，但是我需要从基础班开始读起。真是的。。。。。。早知道当读A-level时，就不要drop掉物理啦！！！当时，实在太多东西要读的，太繁重了所以就爽爽填上表格交给主任，却没有去想后果。我现在总算领悟到了‘’三思而后行‘’的含义了。就当作教训吧！！所谓：‘’不经一长，不长一智“。
坦白说，我从来没有认真的去把一件事作好，真是有点遗憾！！看来现在也是时候认真了吧!毕竟年纪也不小，在加上也有自己的目标了。我也不想再辜负对我的前途充满期望和希望的人,他们真是复出太多太多了！！!实在惭愧。。。好了，现在只好努力地向目标前进，珍惜每分每秒。。。

I am back!!!Finally,I already can get rid from my boring life.Start from this week,my life will become more active and more interesting!!Why i said so?Because I can staRT PLAYING SQUASH AGAIN.Eventhough,my hand not really recover yet.It almost 2 months,but still not recover ,so I didn't bother it anymore.Maybe this is mental problem.I have already stopped playing for a long time ,but my skills n stamina still got maintain.I also will train hard,to improve more!!!OUch,my legs was cramp!!Maybe long time didn't do exercise,and cant adapt in the moment.

Luckily,got Ray help me.Anyway thanks.........

Sportsman Annual Party

Last wednesday,it was a sportsman annual party.I felt so suprised,because there was many people there.That day,Tan ling ,Siew ying and others had organized many activities for the kids.Because I lated,so I missed previous activities.The activities I had joined with they all was war game .That was using the ballons filled with water and throw people!!!Meantime,i didnt use ballons but i used the ice cubes to throw they all...WHat a good weapons!!!hehe.Luckily,i didnt wet ,if not i dont know where i can find the extra shirt for me to change it. I enjoyed the game very much,because it so really crazy!!!haha.....At the same time,everyone also bring a gift to exchange.Except me ,because I didnt prepared it.HOnestly,i reallly enjoyed myself in this party.I was also glad can knew you all and can celebrate with u all.Conclusion, I hope next time still have chance to join it.

ANnoyed:new intake coming soon,and this is problem make me
feel annoyed.Because I'm not sure what course i really
want to study!!!sigh!!Either pharmacy or business....
Actually I'm interested to pharmacy but dont have
confidence,dont know whether i can do it or not???
IF study business i affraid that,i cant really catch up,
because never touch it before.I must think seriously and

Ouch......!Oh my god my arm injured again.My tears almost flow from my eyes.because it is really very pain.I was regreted why I didn't hear my mother advice.I really thought it was already recover 80%,that was not a big deal to let me to play squash already.But the thing seemed like didnt came easily as I thought.Why?I cant bear for few weeks and wait for my arm 100% recover!why?I know that now blame who also useless already because it's too late!!Now,the way i can do is follow my mother advice, rest for few weeks first.....SIGH!!!!

今天早上，模模糊糊的醒过来。由于外面下着雨，天气又特别凉，补习又在下午，所以就懒散地躺回床，用被盖整身又睡着了Zzz。。。醒过来的时候，天空还是乌黑一片地下着雨。天气凉爽导致我心情特别好！！！其实今天也没特别事发生，下午去补习完毕，买包饭就回家。。。饭后，天空还是一样地下着雨，然后我继续读我的小说。至到刚才，雨才渐渐地停下。。。。雨过天晴？？？当我登入msn时，就遇到了为像了。说起他，自他到了澳洲深造，很久就没看到他了，说真的蛮想念他的！！！虽然他是个大少爷，但他一点架子也没有，也好相处，真是难得！！同时我的脑海中也勾起了很多趣事！！！记得在中学的时候，每次都和他一起走路去补习。从学校到补习，有时从打球到补习。所以我们很少穿着干的衣服上补习班。说真的，蛮怀念那些日子。。。。。如果时间能重来有多好呢！！！

Oh my god!!! Tomorrow is important day for me, because tomorrow I will sit for my English exam. Although the date is approaching, now I still surfing net. Now, I really don’t have mood to study. When I try to look at my book, I feel the thing in the book seem like very easy and feel I have ready study for that all. But I really don’t have confident to answer my exam very well!!! Meantime, I scared I will feel nervous at the time, and cause my brain blank. Besides, my left arm injured, the day before yesterday, when I was playing with the children in sportsman. My muscle of my arm is really pain now. I can’t take my hand up now. Luckily, I still can write. If not I really don’t know how to take my exam, tomorrow. The last way I can do, is force myself to study, just do it as revision. Tomorrow be more confident, and believe myself can do it. Now, I just hope the exam questions will easy for me and score for the good result!!! I will try my best and hope for GOD BLESS ME at all the time…..wish me GOOD LUCK!!!
